Refugio en el Barrio

On Thursday, April 16, @teatrodelbarrio will be transformed into a space for active listening and a celebration of resilient culture. A gathering to dance for a cause that matters.

Throughout the night, we will also host the official welcome for this year’s new TEJA artists-in-residence: @3eenbi2eed, @mohamedbakri18, @palexalien, @shaimahamad51 and @mariazreiq.

Your dance makes a difference: 100% of the proceeds will go toward TEJA’s mobility program for artists in emergency contexts.

Solidarity Sale 2024

Thanks to the support of the artists, a new edition of the solidarity art sale has been launched to support artists and creators from Palestine. The funds raised were used to cover travel, accommodation, and living expenses for residencies, as well as legal services and accompaniment for the artists.

Solidarity Sale 2022

In order to raise funds and ensure the sustainability of TEJA, several organizations within the Network launched a solidarity art sale featuring over 50 visual artists. The sale took place through TEJA’s Instagram from May 29 to June 5, 2022.
